No Throw! Review and Giveaway
One day, just before Alex turned 2, we had one of "those" days. The types of days where you have a ton of running around to do, but your toddler doesn't want to be a part of it at all. As the day trickled on and my son's patience wore thin, I got him loaded into the car again, and off we went to the last errand on our list.
Theoretically, he should have napped somewhere in this day of travel. But instead, he was laced on sheer exhaustion, throwing a temper tantrum in the back seat of my Saturn, like no other. I raised the level of the radio, trying to tune him out- or get him to sing a long and pass out- when *WHACK!* The sippy cup went flying into the front windshield, and CRACKED IT!
I could not believe it! I didn't know if it was his strength, the angle the cup hit the window, or what it was- but there was a chip and a crack on the INSIDE of my windshield! No one ever warns you about the super-human strength of a very ticked off, over-tired, almost 2 year old!
The sisters that created NO THROW! went through some stressful times of traveling, both in the car and by airplane. Their solution is this amazing strap that loops onto your carseat, stroller, or shopping cart and attaches to your childs favorite sippy cup or bottle by an adjustable velcro belt. The strap itself is available in a variety of colors and fun designs, with a satin ribbon on one side and a textured ribbon on the reverse.
Just think, no more games of "chuck and giggle", or using mom-spit to clean any dirty floor germs off of the nipple or spout-- (don't get squeamish, you know you've done it!) This invention is sheer genius, and a product I *wish* I had that day in my Saturn!
