When I was planning my wedding, I had a binder or organizer that helped to organize all the lovely little details. Appointments, pictures, phone numbers and everything were all a page turn away.
When I found out I was pregnant, I improvised and wrote down everything in a notebook, but realized there was nothing like that organizer for pregnant women, (at least back then there wasn't!)
